To take the Google+ user experience to a new level and match up with the Facebook, Google launched games in Google+ project today. To make users spend more time on the new social network and make playing games online as fun as conversations, several games are launched and available now to play on Google Plus.
“That means giving you more control over when you see games, how you play them with your friends and with whom you share your experiences. Games in Google plus are there when you want them & gone when you don’t.”, Vic Gundotra, Senior Vice President, Engineering of Google posted on their official blog.
The whole game process is more or less same like Facebook. You can choose from the games button at the top of your stream. You can see latest updates regarding games from your circles & can also see games which people you know have recently played.
If you don’t want to play games, you can easily ignore them.

The games are only available to selected users at this stage and soon they will be available to everyone. If you are one of those selected users, do check them out.
But users who want to play Zynga games such as FarmVille, CityVille and Empires & Allies will still have go to Facebook as in the initial phase only Zynga’s Poker Game is available on Google+. But Google has added Angry Birds, the most popular phone game on their social network. Google is also one of the Zynga investors, so it won’t be too long when you see other Zynga games also on Google+.
